Myth Conceptions

In 1987, Apple Press launched Myth Conceptions, an eight-issue comic series that adapted Robert Asprin's beloved fantasy novels into a visual medium. Written primarily by Beth Mitchroney, Ken Mitchroney, and Asprin himself, with Ken Mitchroney providing the art, the series brought the humorous misadventures of a bumbling young magician and his demon mentor to the page. It stands as a faithful, early example of a prose-to-comic adaptation, capturing the playful spirit of Asprin's work for a new audience.
