Mushishi

Mushishi, a Mexican comic series launched in 2023 by Editorial Panini México, adapts the atmospheric world of the original manga into a new format. While currently having no published issues, the series is set to explore the enigmatic Mushi—primitive life forms that blur the line between the natural and supernatural—through the eyes of the wandering expert Ginko. The project is most associated with its source material's creator, Yuki Urushibara, whose original work earned acclaim for its quiet, philosophical storytelling.
