Mine Klassikere [Classics Illustrated]

Atlantic Forlag’s Mine Klassikere (1987–1988) adapted classic literature into comics for a Danish audience, drawing heavily on the earlier Classics Illustrated library. Over 14 issues, the series featured adaptations of works by Jules Verne and Robert Louis Stevenson, with art by Alex Blum, Lou Cameron, and L. B. Cole. It offered a distinctive, mid-century visual take on timeless stories, making literary classics accessible to a new generation of readers.
