About the series
In 2014, Marvel launched this short-lived two-issue series spotlighting Miles Morales, the teenaged Spider-Man of the Ultimate Universe. Written by Brian Michael Bendis with art from David Marquez, David Lafuente, and Mark Bagley, the story bridges Miles's earlier adventures and his growing prominence as a hero in his own right. Though brief, it captures a pivotal moment for the character as he continues to carve out his legacy outside of Peter Parker's shadow.
