Mighty Bombshells

A short-lived but fondly remembered series from Antarctic Press, Mighty Bombshells (1993–present) ran for just two issues, teaming writers Doug Dlin, Kuni Kimura, and Yujin Ishikawa with Ishikawa's distinctive artwork. The series is a playful, action-packed homage to the "bombshell" archetype of classic adventure comics. Its brief run has earned it a cult status among fans of Antarctic Press's offbeat, creator-driven lineup from the early 1990s.
