About the series
A satirical superhero romp from Fiasco Comics, Megaton Man (1996–present) was created and illustrated by Don Simpson, who brought his signature over-the-top, cartoonish style to the series. The title follows the absurd adventures of a muscle-bound, dim-witted hero in a world that gleefully parodies the conventions of mainstream comics. Though the series has only produced a single issue to date, it represents a cult-favorite entry in the indie comics scene of the late 1990s, showcasing Simpson's unique blend of humor and bombastic artwork.
