Wilhelm Busch's classic mischief-makers Max and Moritz found a second life in Sweden when KG Holms förlag reprinted the beloved stories across two issues between 1903 and 1922. This slim but significant series introduced Swedish readers to the original, timelessly wicked pranks of the two boys, rendered in Busch's unmistakable, rhythmically expressive linework.
