Maverick

In the mid-1960s, BSV - Williams published a 13-issue run of Maverick, a comic series based on the popular television Western. Writers Eric Freiwald and Robert Schaefer, alongside artist Dan Spiegle, chronicled the adventures of the charming, card-playing Maverick brothers as they drifted through the Old West, often relying on wit and luck over gunplay. The series captured the show's signature blend of humor and frontier drama, offering a concise but fondly remembered chapter in Western comics.
