About the series
In 2004, Marvel launched Marvel Knights Spider-Man, a four-issue limited series that brought a darker, more street-level edge to Peter Parker’s world. Written by Mark Millar and Reginald Hudlin, with kinetic art by Terry Dodson and Billy Tan, this Marvel Knights imprint title stripped away the webslinger’s usual supporting cast to focus on a gritty, high-stakes battle against a new menace.
