In 2022, Panini Brasil launched Manga Theater, a three-issue anthology series that brought together a rotating roster of Brazilian creators to explore short-form manga-influenced stories. Each issue presented a curated collection of original works, showcasing diverse genres and artistic styles within the manga aesthetic. The series served as a platform for emerging and established talent, highlighting the growing influence of manga on Brazilian comics.
