About the series

From 2003 to 2012, Panini Deutschland published Mad Special, a 20-issue German-language series that brought the signature satirical bite of MAD Magazine to a new audience. Featuring the magazine's classic blend of movie and TV parodies, celebrity caricatures, and absurdist humor, the series was a key outlet for the iconic "Usual Gang of Idiots" style of comedy in continental Europe during the 2000s and early 2010s.
