Mörkö

Mörkö, a Finnish comic series published from 1995 to 2003, spanned just four issues but left a distinctive mark on the country's underground scene. Created and drawn by Kaltsu Kallio, the series is best known for its grimly humorous, surreal tales centered on its monstrous, vaguely humanoid title character. Kallio's raw, expressive linework and deadpan storytelling gave the series a cult appeal, making Mörkö a quietly influential oddity in Finnish independent comics.
