About the series
From 2007 to 2015, Panini Brasil published Mônica, a landmark 100-issue series centered on the beloved, strong-willed girl from the iconic Brazilian Turma da Mônica universe. Written and drawn primarily by creator Mauricio de Sousa alongside a rotating team of talented artists, this series modernized the classic character for a new generation while staying true to the playful, slice-of-life humor that made her a national treasure.
