From 1963 to 1998, Semic Press published Lilla Fridolf [julalbum], a beloved Swedish Christmas annual that ran for 35 issues, bringing cozy, humorous domestic adventures to the holiday season. Centered on the mild-mannered Lilla Fridolf and his circle—including his wife Selma, their son Lillen, and the eccentric neighbors Valdemar and Maggan Palm—the series was a warm fixture of Swedish comics.
