Les aventures de Dan Cooper

Albert Weinberg's Les aventures de Dan Cooper (1957–1976, Le Lombard) follows the airborne exploits of a Canadian fighter pilot across 22 issues. Weinberg both wrote and drew the series, with Jean-Michel Charlier also contributing scripts. One of the classic Franco-Belgian aviation adventure comics, it stood out for its detailed, realistic aircraft art and its focus on modern jet-age military life.
