Leonard Nimoy's Primortals

In 1996 and 1997, Big Entertainment published Leonard Nimoy's Primortals, a nine-issue sci-fi series co-created by the legendary actor. The story, written primarily by Doug Wheeler and James Chambers, follows a team of genetically engineered, super-powered humans known as the Primortals, who are awakened in the near future to confront a cosmic threat. Artists including Kirk Van Wormer, Art Nichols, and Scot Eaton brought the high-concept action to life, blending Nimoy's fascination with genetics and mythology into a short-lived but ambitious creator-owned property.
