Ledergesicht

Set in the shadowy corners of a 1920s Weimar-era Germany that never was, Ledergesicht is a debut series from the boutique publisher Blattgold. The first issue introduces a mysterious, leather-masked figure stalking the cabarets and back alleys of Berlin, blending pulp noir with a darkly expressionist visual style. Though only a single issue has been released as of 2025, the book's atmospheric art and period-tinged horror have already marked it as a distinctive new voice in creator-owned comics.
