James Robinson and Paul Smith, two of the most celebrated talents of the 1990s, teamed up for this single Image Comics issue from 1997. A standalone story set in the world of Leave It to Chance, it follows young paranormal investigator Chance Falconer as she confronts a supernatural storm in the haunted city of Templeton. Though brief, the issue showcases Smith's clean, dynamic art and Robinson's knack for blending whimsy with eerie adventure, offering a quick but memorable glimpse into a series that never quite got the long run it deserved.
