Lachwerk

In this short-lived, three-issue series from Dutch publisher Arboris (1988–1992), a rotating trio of artists—Christian Binet, Jean-Marc Lelong, and Nihat Kesen—brought a distinct European comic sensibility to the page. With a small but focused run, Lachwerk offered a snapshot of late-80s/early-90s alternative comics, showcasing the varied visual storytelling of its creators without settling into a single long arc.
