L'Hermione

From 2015, Glénat published this single-issue historical comic by Belgian creator Jean-Yves Delitte, who both wrote and illustrated the work. The series focuses on the famed French frigate L'Hermione, the replica of the ship that carried the Marquis de Lafayette to America during the Revolutionary War. Delitte brings his signature maritime expertise to this detailed, visually rich account of the vessel's construction and its symbolic voyage.
