L'album de l'année is an annual one-shot anthology from the French publisher La Cafetière, launched in 2011. Each issue collects a single, self-contained story, spotlighting the publisher's curated selection of the year's standout comic work. While the series has only produced one issue to date, its premise promises a yearly snapshot of La Cafetière's distinctive voice in European comics.
