Komix Illustrated

Biljo White’s Komix Illustrated (1962–1963) was a short-lived, creator-driven anthology series published by a small press, notable for being entirely written and drawn by White across its 12-issue run. A showcase for his singular, often experimental storytelling, it stands as a distinctive artifact of early-1960s independent comics, predating the underground comix movement while sharing its DIY spirit.
