A cornerstone of 1980s and 1990s Japanese children's manga, Comic BomBom was a monthly anthology from Kōdansha that ran for 314 issues between 1981 and 2007. The magazine is most strongly associated with the legendary Shigeru Mizuki, whose frequent contributions helped define its early identity.
