Knoll och Tott

In Sweden, readers followed the long-running antics of two mischievous boys under the title Knoll och Tott, a localized version of the classic American comic strip The Katzenjammer Kids. Published in the magazine Hemmets Journal from 1928 to 1964 across 37 issues, the series was most frequently illustrated by American artist Harold Knerr, who brought the duo's chaotic energy to life for decades. As a staple of Swedish periodicals, it introduced generations of readers to the timeless appeal of anarchic, slapstick humor.
