Knøttene

In the late 1960s, Norwegian readers finally got their own dedicated Knøttene comic, a three-issue series from Chr. Schibsteds Forlag that collected Charles M. Schulz's beloved Peanuts strips. Each issue gathered Schulz's classic, gently philosophical humor and endearing character dynamics from the preceding years, making the adventures of these small-town kids newly accessible to a Scandinavian audience. Though brief, this series represents an important early, localized publication of Schulz's timeless work outside North America.
