King of the Royal Mounted

Jim Gary scripted and painted most of the 22 issues of King of the Royal Mounted, a 1950s comic from World Distributors that adapted the long-running newspaper strip. With Sam Savitt also contributing art, the series followed a Mountie's adventures across the Canadian wilderness, blending action and frontier atmosphere. It stands as a solid, workmanlike example of British reprint and original comic production during the era.
