About the series
Stan Lee, Joe Gill, and Leon Lazarus scripted the adventures of the Arizona Kid for this 58-issue British reprint series from Thorpe & Porter, running from 1952 to 1960. Jack Keller and Pete Tumlinson provided the most frequent artwork, bringing the Old West to life through a mix of classic Marvel western stories and original material. Though it repackaged American comics for a UK audience, the series helped cement Kid Colt as a staple of the genre, offering readers a steady dose of six-gun justice and frontier action.
