Kick-It!

A lighthearted, gag-a-day comic strip series launched by Hjemmet/Egmont in 2006, Kick-It! follows the misadventures of a group of kids whose lives revolve around soccer. Written primarily by Paul Halas and Harald Dyrkorn, the series is best known for the clean, expressive cartooning of artist Vicar, a veteran of The Beano and other European humor comics. Running for six issues, it captures the timeless, universal joy and chaos of playground football with a warm, slapstick sensibility.
