Kak

Kak is a wordless, single-issue comic from 2004 by Belgian creator Pieter de Poortere, published by Bries. Its minimalist, deadpan humor follows a hapless, mustachioed everyman through absurdly grim situations. Though short, the comic is a defining example of de Poortere's signature style—bleakly funny, silent, and perfectly timed—and launched his long-running, internationally recognized series.
