From 1967 onward, Akita Shoten published this single-issue comic entirely crafted by the legendary Shōtarō Ishimori (later known as Shotaro Ishinomori). 怪人同盟 (Phantom Alliance) presents a self-contained story of a secret society of mysterious beings, showcasing the creator's signature blend of imaginative character design and early manga style. Though brief in its publication run, this work stands as a unique, early example of Ishimori's storytelling before his most famous creations.
