A short-lived but fondly remembered return to form, this 2020–2021 DC series reunites the classic creative team of J. M. DeMatteis, Keith Giffen, and Kevin Maguire for a two-issue capstone to their acclaimed 1980s run. Ty Templeton also contributes art, helping to recapture the comedic, character-driven spirit of the original Justice League International. Though brief, the series is a warm, knowing salute to the quirky, bureaucratic superhero team that redefined DC's cosmic comedy.
