Johnny Goodbye

The Dutch series Johnny Goodbye (1992–present) from Big Balloon follows the adventures of a laid-back, chain-smoking private detective in a sun-drenched, noir-lite setting. Primarily written by Martin Lodewijk and Ruud Straatman, with artwork by Dino Attanasio, the series blends humor and mystery in a distinctly European style. Its single issue to date has established a cult following for its relaxed pacing and stylish, retro-inspired visuals.
