Johnny Dynamite

From 1994 onward, Dark Horse published four issues of Johnny Dynamite, a crime comic by writer Max Allan Collins and artist Terry Beatty. The series follows a tough private eye navigating the seedy underbelly of a noir-inspired city, blending hardboiled action with Beatty’s clean, expressive linework. Though brief, it stands as a sharp, self-contained example of Collins and Beatty’s long collaboration in the crime genre.
