In this Norwegian reprint series from Cappelen (1986–1989), Jodorowsky and Moebius's visionary sci-fi saga The Incal was presented across six issues, with additional translation and adaptation work by Arne Hem and Asbjørn Øverås. The series brought the sprawling, psychedelic adventures of John Difool—a down-and-out "class R" detective—to Scandinavian readers, showcasing Moebius's lush, surreal artwork and Jodorowsky's dense, metaphysical storytelling. It remains a key artifact of how European bande dessinée reached international audiences, preserving the original's cosmic scope while introducing it to a new linguistic market.
