JLX

In 1997, Grupo Editorial Vid launched JLX, a Mexican-published series that collected translated stories from DC Comics' JLA run. Spanning a single issue, this edition brought together the work of writers Gerard Jones, J. G. Holguín, and Mark Waid, with dynamic art by Howard Porter, offering Spanish-speaking readers a snapshot of the Justice League's late-1990s adventures. While brief, JLX stands as a notable example of Vid's effort to bring major U.S. superhero comics to the Mexican market.
