Jinx Special

In 1997, Caliber Press published a single oversized special expanding the world of Brian Michael Bendis’s crime-noir Jinx series. Featuring a mix of short stories and character vignettes, the issue brought together Bendis’s gritty scripts with art from Bendis himself, David Mack, and Galen Showman, along with a story co-written by Mark Ricketts. This special is a snapshot of Bendis’s early, pre-mainstream work, showcasing the raw, dialogue-driven style that would soon define his career.
