Iznogoedh

A short-lived but visually striking Dutch comic from Amsterdam Boek, Iznogoedh (1973–1975) is a single-issue series that stands as a curious artifact of early-1970s European underground comics. It is most associated with its creator, whose surreal, often grotesque artwork and absurdist storytelling defined the book's singular, unsettling tone. Though it never expanded beyond that lone issue, Iznogoedh remains a notable example of the experimental, boundary-pushing spirit of its era and publisher.
