Image Firsts: Orc Stain

James Stokoe’s Orc Stain is a singular, lavishly detailed fantasy comic from Image, launched in 2011 with a single issue under the Image Firsts banner. The series is built around Stokoe’s virtuosic, sprawling artwork and his unique, grotesque vision of orc culture, where a one-eyed orc named One-Eye navigates a brutal, fungal world.
