About the series
From 1993, Marvel published this three-issue series, a short-lived but distinctive entry into its supernatural corner. Written by Glenn Herdling with art from E. Craig Brasfield and Fred Haynes, Illuminator introduced a new mystical hero, blending cosmic and occult themes in a way that marked a unique, if brief, moment in 1990s Marvel storytelling.
