Human Torch

In the mid-1950s, L. Miller & Son revived the Human Torch for a brief two-issue run, bringing the classic Timely hero back to newsstands under a new publisher. With art by the character's original creator Carl Burgos alongside Dick Ayers, this series served as a nostalgic bridge between the Golden Age and the emerging Marvel era, showcasing the android hero in solo adventures. Though short-lived, it remains a notable footnote in the Torch's publication history, preserving the character's legacy during a transitional period for superhero comics.
