Hugo

In 1987, Semmel Verlach launched Hugo, a German comic series that has continued to the present day. The series is most closely associated with artist Hansi Kiefersauer, whose work defines its visual identity. Though only a single issue has been published to date, Hugo represents a long-running, if sparse, entry in German-language comics.
