Howling Mad

In the late 1960s, New American Library published just two issues of Howling Mad, a short-lived comic series that leaned into irreverent humor and satirical war stories. The art was handled by veteran illustrators George Woodbridge and Norman Mingo, whose detailed, expressive style gave the gags a sharp, period-specific punch.
