Hors-Série Bleue

From 1974 to 1982, French publisher Elvifrance released 33 issues of Hors-Série Bleue, a black-and-white comics anthology that served as a companion to the publisher's main line. Known for its distinctive blue covers, the series featured a rotating cast of European adventure, horror, and fantasy stories, often with a grim or erotic edge. While no single creative team dominated its long run, the series stands as a key artifact of Elvifrance's prolific output, capturing the raw, unlicensed energy of 1970s European genre comics.
