About the series
A cornerstone of Argentina's golden age of comics, Hora Cero Extra was published by Editorial Frontera from 1958 to 1963, running for 77 issues. This sister publication to the flagship Hora Cero offered a second weekly dose of the studio's signature blend of adventure, science fiction, and suspense, with many of its stories later becoming classics of the medium. Most closely associated with the legendary writer Héctor G. Oesterheld and a stable of brilliant artists, the series provided a crucial platform for the serialized narratives that defined the era.
