Holliday

Set in the American South during the 1940s, Holliday is a seven-issue crime comic from Saddle Tramp Press (2001–2003) that follows a traveling bootlegger whose moral compass is tested by the violence and corruption of the rural underworld. Most consistently illustrated by Jason Wright, the series is a moody, slow-burn period piece that stands out for its atmospheric, character-driven storytelling over flashy action.
