Hepiend magazin

A short-lived but culturally significant Hungarian comic magazine from the late Cold War era, Hepiend magazin (1989–1991) was published by Ifjúsági Lapkiadó over 13 issues. It captured a transitional moment in Eastern European pop culture, blending local and international comic strips with a youthful, irreverent tone. The series is remembered for its role in introducing a new generation of readers to alternative comics and satire as Hungary moved toward political change.
