About the series
Kenjiro Hata’s Hayate the Combat Butler (2005–2017) is a shonen comedy series from Shogakukan that follows Hayate Ayasaki, a perpetually unlucky but good-hearted young man who becomes a butler to a wealthy, eccentric girl to pay off his family’s crushing debt.
