Happy Hooligan

Hyperion Press revived the classic comic strip Happy Hooligan for a single 1977 issue, bringing the beloved, good-natured tramp back to newsstands for a brief, affectionate salute. This one-shot reacquainted readers with the hapless but ever-optimistic hobo, a character whose silent-era slapstick had originally made him a household name.
