Hamster Vice

In the mid-1980s, Blackthorne Publishing unleashed Hamster Vice, a nine-issue comic series that ran from 1986 to 1987. Blending anthropomorphic animal antics with crime-fighting parody, the series was most frequently written and drawn by Dwayne (J.) Ferguson, with additional art by Andy Ice. It stands as a quirky, offbeat artifact of the indie comics boom, offering a lighthearted take on the buddy-cop genre through the eyes of its small, furry protagonists.
