Halo: Helljumper

In 2009 and 2010, Marvel and writer Peter David launched Halo: Helljumper, a five-issue miniseries that shifts the focus from the iconic Master Chief to the gritty, boots-on-the-ground perspective of the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers—the ODSTs. Illustrated by Eric Nguyen, this story follows a squad of these elite human soldiers as they undertake a dangerous mission on a Covenant-held world, offering a more vulnerable, human-scale look at the Halo universe.
